Hello and thank you for your interest in hosting a Panel at Carolina Furfare: Medieval in the Mountains! We can't wait to hear from you! Your ideas are what is going to make CFF the best it can be.

Please fill the form out below accurately and completely. If your panel is chosen we will need to be able to contact you for the appointed time/date.

Panels will be chosen at the discretion of NCAS staff subject to schedule capacity. Any panel that is deemed inappropriate, violent, derogatory, etc., will not be chosen. In general, panels must not exceed a PG-13 rating. As CFF is a family friendly experience, all submissions must be SFW and no After Dark or NSFW panels will be accepted.

 

Please also take a moment to familiarize yourself with our rating system.

Keep in mind that if your panel is chosen, you will then need to preregister for the convention. We will not be able to secure your spot on the schedule UNTIL you've preregistered; failure to do so will mean forfeiting your panel slot to someone else.

 

Panel submissions will close at 11:59 PM on July 15th, 2024.
